Ever since I was little, I loved baking! I’ve always been a huge foodie. However, most of the snacks I ate growing up were not healthy. It was my senior year of high school when I realized I needed to take control of my health. I was creating bad habits and living a lifestyle that was far from healthy. That’s when I got my first gym membership and started focusing on fueling my body with healthy, nutritious foods! Working out, eating healthy and taking care of myself changed my life for the better. I studied nutrition through ISSA and fell in love with creating delicious healthier meals and snacks. Cookie Dough was always a favorite sweet treat I would eat by the spoonfull but pack with unhealthy flour, sugar, milk, and butter. I created cookie dough for a few years before finding the perfect recipe. My goal was to create edible cookie dough that has quality ingredients that taste just like your homemade cookie dough straight from the bowl! My mission with Dough’d Up is to help people feel great about the snacks they eat and by sharing my story, I hope to help someone go after what they’re passionate about and to not give up on their goals.
