Ever since I was little, I've loved baking and have always had a huge sweet tooth. During my senior year of high school I realized I needed to take control of my health. I took a step back, realizing I had created bad habits and was living a lifestyle that was extremely unhealthy. That’s when I bought my first gym membership and started focusing on fueling my body with healthy nutritious foods! Working out, eating healthy and taking care of myself drastically changed my life. I studied nutrition through ISSA and fell in love with creating delicious, healthier meals and treats. My goal is to create healthy treats with quality ingredients that still taste amazing. My mission with Dough’d Up is to kick sugar out of baked treats, help people feel great about the daily snacks they eat and by sharing my story, I hope to help someone go after what they’re passionate about and to not give up on their dreams. I hope these treats put a smile on your face! I had so much fun creating this for you all!

Bakery Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at our bakery! We specialize in fresh, handmade protein donuts and edible cookie dough. Because these are perishable food items made with fresh ingredients, we maintain a strict no-refund policy for all purchases. This helps us uphold the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Policy Details:

  No Cash Refunds or Exchanges: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks for any reason, including change of mind, allergic reactions, or dissatisfaction with taste/texture.

  Store Credit Option: As a gesture of goodwill, we offer 30% store credit on eligible returns.

  You must present your original receipt and return the unused portion of the product within 24 hours of purchase (or by the end of the next business day).

  Products must be returned in their original packaging with at least 100% of the item remaining.

What Qualifies for 30% Store Credit:

  Items that are clearly defective incorrect flavor/item provided.

  Products that have not been opened or partially consumed.

What Does NOT Qualify:

  Opened or partially eaten items (for food safety reasons).

  Items returned after 24 hours.

  Custom or special-order items.

  Products that have been stored improperly by the customer. 

How to Request Store Credit:

1. Send an email with your concern to doughdup@outlook.com 

2.  Our staff will inspect the return.

3.  If approved, we will issue a 30% store credit.

We take pride in the quality of our protein donuts and edible cookie dough. If you ever have an issue with freshness or quality, please let us know right away so we can make it right with store credit where possible.
