Shipping Details

• We ship fresh every Tuesday and Wednesday *our first shipping date is February 17th*
• Orders are now packed in an insulated cold box with individual wrapping, already topped! 
• Expected delivery: 1-3 business days depending on your location.

Storage and Freshness

• Refrigerate immediately upon arrival to maintain quality. If your ice packs have thawed, don’t worry. Your donuts are safe to eat if they arrived within 4 days after shipping fresh. (Exception: Cookie dough can be stored at room temperature or refrigerated.)
• Your donuts will stay fresh for 2 weeks in the fridge or 4 months in the freezer.

Enjoying Your Donuts

• Eat them cold, straight from the fridge, or warm in the microwave for 10 seconds for a soft, gooey treat. *Always unwrap before heating.
• Note: Our dye-free sprinkles are all-natural, so colors may fade or blend over time—it’s part of their charm!
