USE AND CARE FOR COOKIE DOUGH: You can eat this cookie dough as-is or add it to your favorite ice cream, toast, oatmeal, smoothie, or fruit! 

How to store my cookie dough:

- Room temperature 6-8 weeks 

- Refrigerator 2 months 

- Freezer 3 months 

USE AND CARE FOR PROTEIN DONUTS AND CAKES:

BEST EATEN FRESH! 

Keep refrigerated for 7 days. When you're ready to eat microwave cake donuts for 10-15 seconds. DO NOT MICROWAVE THE DONUT CAKES.

- 1 cup of Dough'd Up Edible Cookie Dough 

- 1 egg 

- 2 TBS of unsweetened apple sauce

- 1 TSP baking soda 

- *Optional* 1/4 monk fruit or stevia 

Preparation:

Mix ingredients together and place in refrigerator to chill for 30 minutes. Make 9-12 cookie dough balls and place them on a cookie baking sheet with parchment paper! Carefully flatten the cookie dough and bake for 10-12 minutes at 350!
